The Fall River Schools Department will be registering children age 5, or who will turn 5 before the next school year, in Kindergarten.

It is necessary to bring:

- Child's birth certificate or passport

- Identification of parents

- Proof of residency

-Record of vaccines

-Physical examination, if not, must present at least the letter showing the next appointment for the examination

-TB (Tuberculosis) and Lead (lead) test result
